Chrysler says we may face depression
Forget recession that is so last year, Jim Press, Chrysler's vice chairman says "If we have a catastrophic failure of one of these car companies, in this tender environment for the economy, it's a huge blow. It could trigger a depression."
Very scary, but I did warn you about this. Things are getting ugly out there. It will be a long cold winter.

Chinese Auto Manufacturer to Sell Cars in US
The giant Chinese Carmaker Chery Motors will partner with Crysler to sell its tiny cars in the United States market. There is a huge demand worldwide for small inexpensive and fuel efficient cars.
It is estimated that this market makes up almost 70% of the cars sold globally. With brand new manufacturing plants and workers making only $1/hour the Chinese are poised to take over the automobile manufacturing industry.
These tiny cars appeal to poor people who cannot afford the big SUV and need budget transportation. With Walmart wages a person will soon be forced to take a scooter to work as fuel prices will surge in the future.
I see a bright future for Chinese automobile manufacturers as they build the small fuel efficient cars of tomorrow.
