Flooding gets worse

It has been raining. Flooding gets worse. Mayor Judson Childs wants evacuation of Cairo, Illinois now. Higher and higher rises our river. Already near top of barriers and will soon go over. Folks, there is too much water in soil and it cannot absorb anymore. Flood waters are rising.
