HDR polarity

According to Steven Gibbs, HDR polarity is important to us. He said that the HDR must put out a north pole field to work well, but that it should not output a south pole field in the electromagnet because that will create a crisis. Also, that the device generates scalar waves.

HDR polarity is now a major issue. This is for many a new area. However, that is not the case. I mean for me anyway. Expect more research in this area.
