North Korea theory

Here is a North Korea theory that is not a conspiracy. Personally, I believe china is pulling the strings on this one. It is to their convenience. After all South Korea was seen as a competitor once. Well, you know what we mean. There are two sides to this equation and the numbers do not add up.
