H&R Block faces mortgage woe

The nations largest tax preparer H&R Block was hit hard by the subprime mortgage meltdown. It faces more challenges in the future as it tries to unload the debt. We see a collapse in the lending sector and many companies are suffering.

H&R Block replaced both the CEO and Chairman after facing mounting losses from subprime mortgages. The company is now selling assets to raise money.
