Lowest percentage of workers in 30 years

Sadly, more americans are leaving work force now. The percentage of of workers is the lowest in 30 years. Friends, this is not good news. What is the reason? OK so there are few jobs, and those pay low wages. If only people would realize how bad things are going to get in coming years.
