California faces fiscal issues. The state is near 80 billion deep in the hole and things are getting worse. Globalization did unemployment cause. I doubt jerry brown can solve this case. Let's get serious. First take a look at jerry. He is not called moon beam for nothing as he is a bit spacey. This economy is in trouble now. Perhaps, we can get out, but right now California is caught in a quagmire.
