House sales drop

Sales of new houses are at a record low now. This runs right in the face of those who predicted a recovery. Banks do not want to loan out their money. I mean we are still sinking ever lower into the thick mire. Sadly, our situation is most dire, while we sound the warning. Folks, the future is both dim and grim.
