I still remember back in 2005 when I said home prices would fall like a house of cards and people needed to jump out right away. Also, how mighty gold would rise. Well, last week gold hit a new record high and it is still moving up. The debunkers laughed at me. Well, now we see record drop in new home sales to the lowest ever.
