Housing cost for poor on rise

Even with the dramartic decline in the price of houses, the housing costs for poor people are still going up. The number of poor people who pay more than 50% of their income on a house has increased.

This is a major problem for low income household who had dreams of owning a home. Also interest rates are now going up for low income individuals if they can even find a loan.
