Companies not paying overtime

In the current environment of DOWNsizing and OUTsourcing, many workers are DOWN and OUT. Those lucky enough to still have their jobs are forced to work more than forty hours, often sixty hours per week, but not paid overtime. If they complain they are then fired for "performance reasons" and not eligible for unemployment.

Companies not paying overtime. They are using excuses to make people work more and more whle they pay less and less. The result is that many workers that used to be paid hourly are now salary.
