smokers not wanted

Not hiring smokers crosses privacy. This is becoming more common. Actually, a company can save money. Like they do not need to pay as much money in insurance. However, in not having a free country will all can pay. People, many firms have up a smokers not wanted sign. Mostly, I believe this is a civil rights issue.
