End of spam?

Scientists are forecasting the end of spam. Wish it were so. That said, I still have a lot in my in box now. Funny thing is I do not purchase products from spammers. However, some one does or they would not be using it anymore. Key is to charge offending companies. Yeah, for sending unsolicited emails to us. They do consider all our time they waste when they fill out reports of their yearly expenses.
