Equality decades away

It is calculated that euality for women is 73 years away. The good news is that we are slowly making progress. However, the road ahead is long and hard.

Many companies do not have even one woman on their board of directors, some of these companies like Bear Sterns are doing poorly. The old boys network is very retrograde in their thinking.
