Forecast for home prices. Well, we predict yet another decline this year. Sadly, we have seen a price decline every year. Oh since 2006 that is. People blame our poor economy. Also, the glut of foreclosures that are still held by big banks which are hitting the market now. That said, here is what we see. Not only are there lower prices. Also, there is less demand now. Most people are renting a house because jobs are few and there is a decline in wages. Basically, people have been forced to take cuts in pay. Others are working less hours, but few have seen a raise.

economic crisis

Dooms day experts for see an economic crisis. The proportions are massive. People do not see what is now coming. Colleges, this is the um BIG one. Hyperinflation has not hit us yet, and that is good news. What did I predict - falling home prices. Well, here we now are. What in the blazes can you see. Oh yes, price are going down - not up. This is no coincidence I tell you. Mostly, it is the result of a very poor economy. People, no jobs = no money.

People, what have we been telling you. Here is one more sign. Just now, japan economy worsens. Look at what we see going on. Basically, there is no recovery. However, things are going max worse. Of course, politicians say this is not the case. For example, ask a member of congress. They all say that our economy is improving. Like how can that be so. Actually, it is not going to improve as long at we fail to see the elephant in the living room. Namely, that deficits continue to increase every year.

Future is not funny, but instead scary. Critical thinking is necessary. Oh, we are seeing an end of empire scenario. People, look at the black clouds on the edge of the horizon which mean rain is coming. Defense spending that will not have enough resources. People, we are near cross over.

Bernanke says weak housing will hurt consumers. Yeah, for many years. Why is this so. It is because there are no jobs anymore. OH wait, there are jobs in asia. Those pay less than our minimum wage. Can't buy a house on 50 cents an hour - sorry.

Skeptics claim that everything is fine and large firms are hiring again. That is not what we see. For example, pepsi cuts jobs some more. They want to trim expenses. Well, that is not good news. Yeah, I do not mean just for us. Sadly, our country needs more jobs, but do not expect any. Right on, especially from big companies. They are cutting back now. Don't you believe me. crystals in an HDR

Steven Gibbs called me today and said his cat likes to attack his ball of magnet wire. He says he should get his cat Felicia a ball of yarn. I like to use crystals in an HDR unit, but they are hard to buy and are very expensive. Good double terminated quartz crystals are rare. Steven Gibbs gets them from a large Arkansas mine.
