Forecast for home prices. Well, we predict yet another decline this year. Sadly, we have seen a price decline every year. Oh since 2006 that is. People blame our poor economy. Also, the glut of foreclosures that are still held by big banks which are hitting the market now. That said, here is what we see. Not only are there lower prices. Also, there is less demand now. Most people are renting a house because jobs are few and there is a decline in wages. Basically, people have been forced to take cuts in pay. Others are working less hours, but few have seen a raise.

economic crisis

Dooms day experts for see an economic crisis. The proportions are massive. People do not see what is now coming. Colleges, this is the um BIG one. This is no coincidence I tell you. Mostly, it is the result of a very poor economy. People, no jobs = no money.

People, what have we been telling you. Here is one more sign. Just now, japan economy worsens. Look at what we see going on. Basically, there is no recovery. However, things are going max worse. Of course, politicians say this is not the case. For example, ask a member of congress. They all say that our economy is improving. Like how can that be so. Actually, it is not going to improve as long at we fail to see the elephant in the living room. Namely, that deficits continue to increase every year.

Skeptics claim that everything is fine and large firms are hiring again. That is not what we see. For example, pepsi cuts jobs some more. They want to trim expenses. Well, that is not good news. Yeah, I do not mean just for us. Sadly, our country needs more jobs, but do not expect any. Right on, especially from big companies. They are cutting back now. Don't you believe me. Steven Gibbs called me today and said his cat likes to attack his ball of magnet wire. He says he should get his cat Felicia a ball of yarn. I like to use crystals in an HDR unit, but they are hard to buy and are very expensive. Good double terminated quartz crystals are rare. Steven Gibbs gets them from a large Arkansas mine. Most have fractures and cracks so he throws them away.

Furnace broke

Oh, my furnace broke right now. Yeah, in the dead of winter even. Wonder why this is so. Half to fix it right away. Then again, why could it not wait until spring. Well, good thing is that I think it is the turbine engine. It uses gas. However, it has an electrical starter that also made be defective - not sure. Strange world we live in.

This is one of the warmest winter in history ever. What is the cause? People, we do not think it is global warming. That would make some sense. Still, there is not that much carbon dioxide in our air. Maybe it is sun spots some scientists say. Candidates include a change in the jet stream, and other theories, but none is yet accepted in science. Definite that winter is warm.

OK so europe is in woe. It risks an early grave. This experiment is not meeting with any success. Fact is, we are seeing people pull away. Unless we take drastic action and soon - it could be europe in grave. Gentlemen, it is more than just a eurozone crisis. What we see is a catastrophic collapse of the global economic engine. Colleges, this would affect all of us. Indeed, the world has become one. Maybe politicians need to stop playing power games. Peoples lives are at stake in this one.

Today we learn amazon profit fall 55% on increase in expenses. This is not good news. People were looking at amazon earning. They do not like what they see. I believe this is more evidence that there is no recovery. Stock is down on the news. Well, that is no super surprise. Analysts were expecting profits to increase. Perhaps they want to join borders book store that was always losing money. Oh, we should throw the book at em.
